Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vantable, a product feedback intelligence service (the "Service") provided by Alexander Hallenbeck ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you're contracting with

The Service is operated by Alexander Hallenbeck, trading as Vantable. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using it as an individual, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptance

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates we publish.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

5. AI features

The Service uses AI models to summarize, cluster, and classify feedback you ingest. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not suitable for regulated professional, legal, medical, or financial advice without human oversight. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use outputs, for verifying accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you ingest. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs, and suspend accounts that repeatedly generate prohibited content (including illegal content, harassment, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware). If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate; we may restrict or remove content and, for repeat infringers, terminate accounts.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of feedback and workspace content you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, models, documentation, and Vantable branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.

8. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown at checkout until cancelled.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules. On termination, you may request an export of your workspace data within 30 days; after that data may be deleted.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alexander Hallenbeck resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

14. Assignment and force majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
